A simple and Delicious chocolate hazelnut fudge. A definite crowd pleaser.
15) Add the chocolate, butter, nutella, condensed milk and vanilla extract to a glass bowl and melt the ingredients over a double boiler until smooth and glossy.
2.) Grease a square baking dish and then line with parchment paper leaving a 2 inch overlap on the sides.
3.) Pour the chocolate mixture into the parchment lined baking dish in an even layer. Put into the refrigerator to set and cool for at least 2 hours.
4.) Before serving, sprinkle with the coarse sea salt and cut into approximately 1" square pieces.
If the chocolate is burnt or separated you will have to start over. I recommend taking the glass bowl off the double boiler while the chocolate mixture is still slightly clumpy and keep mixing while the residual heat melts the remaining clumps.
