Suggest a better description1. In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbs oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, 1/2 tsp pepper flakes; cook, stirring, until opaque - about 4 minutes. Remove from skillet, reserve.
2. In same skillet heat remaining 1 tbs oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and remaining 1/2 tsp seasoning; cook, stirring, until softened - 5-7 minutes. Add sauce, tomatoes with their juices, wine, 1/2 cup water, and remaining 3/4 tsp chili pepper flakes. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover, simmer 15 minutes.
3. Add mussels; cook until mussels open - about 10 minutes. Discard an that don't open. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Stir shrimp into sauce mixture; cook until heated through - 1 minute. Toss with pasta. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
