This is a great meal on a hot summer day.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Cool by draining under cold running water. Once cool drain throughly and transfer to extra large bowl. Stir in mayo or miracle whip. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator so noodles can absorb mayo/miracle whip. Can be stored covered in refrigerator for a couple days.
Add or subtract mayo/miracle whip according to personal preference. I never measure. I just keep spooning it in and stiring until I get the consistency I like.
You can use any type of pasta. Sea shells are great because of the imitation crab meat, but you could also use penne, bowtie, elbow, etc or a mixture of difference kinds together.
If you one ingredient over another you can always increase or decrease how much you put in. I like the cheese so often times I'll put 12 or 16 ounces of cheese in rather than just 8.
