Seafood stuffing

In a saucepan cook celery, onion, and green onions in butter until tender but not brown; remove from heat and stir in sage, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the dry bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Add the onion mixture. Now add the seafood. Drizzle with enough broth or water to moisten, tossing lightly. Bake in a dish, covered, in a 350* oven for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 10 servings. Serving size 4 ounces. Separate 5 different 8 ounce servings and package each separately which is enough for two people (about 2 1/2 heaping serving spoons sized scoops). Freeze until ready to serve. Thaw completely before baking.
