For a little salty, crunchy Eden Shake kind of condiment make this. It adds texture and tremendous flavor to Steamed Fish with Soy and Spicy Sesame Oil (p 137_ and is also amazing on A Plain Reoasted Sweet Potato (see page 152) or on Avocado Toast (see page 34).
Break the nori into small pieces and grind the pieces in a coffee grinner until they are powdery. Transfer the nori to a small bowl and thoroughly combine it with the sesame seeds and salt.
