Suggest a better description1. On medium/low heat stir in garlic and onions til translucent
2. Add the cilantro paste/ cilantro, aji Amarillo, and sazon goya
3. Then add the beef/chicken and top with water so the meat can cook. Cover the pot and let cook. If using beef, it takes longer than chicken, let cook for 50 minutes. Chicken takes less. Keep adding water if evaporates.
4. When meat is starting to get tender, add in potatoes and peas and carrots. Stir from time to time. When potatoes are done cooking, it is ready
