Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (as needed)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
Preparation of Seeds:
Soak chia seeds and flaxseeds in half a cup of water for at least 30 minutes until they become gelatinous.
Toasting Seeds:
In a dry skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds for 3-5 minutes until they're slightly golden and aromatic. Allow them to cool.
Blending:
In a blender, combine the soaked chia and flaxseeds (with their gel), toasted pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds, fresh orange juice, pineapple chunks, and banana slices.
Adding Sweetness:
If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture.
Creating the Cocktail:
Blend on high speed until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Serving:
Add ice cubes to two large glasses and pour the seeds cocktail over them.
Garnish:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Enjoy:
Serve immediately for a refreshing and nutritious beverage.
Tips:
For a cold drink, use frozen pineapple chunks and banana slices instead of fresh ones.
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste; you can also use agave syrup or maple syrup instead of honey.
