Suggest a better description1. Add chicken and cornstarch to a gallon size zip-top bag. Knead to combine.
2. In a quart size zip-top bag, combine remaining ingredients. Add both bags to another gallon size ziptop bag. Label and freeze.
3. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
4. In a wok or large skillet, heat canola oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry, separating chicken pieces and stirring until most pieces have some golden brown edges. Add sauce and cook. Stir constantly for about 1-2 minutes until sauce is boiling and thickens slightly. Serve in lettuce wraps with optional toppings, if desired.
