Asian meatballs baked in the oven with a sticky ginger and honey glaze. Simple, quick and healthy!
When making as a freezer meal:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Form into 24-30 meatballs
- Place on cookie sheet (with parchment paper) and place in freezer for 1 hour
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a freezer baggie
- Put frozen meatballs and glaze mixture in large freezer bag and freeze
Cooking Day:
- Defrost meatballs
- Preheat oven 425 degrees
- Place on large baking sheet
- Bake 15-20 mins or until meatballs are slightly browned on the outside and cooked through
Glaze:
- Pour in to saucepan whisk together and add cornstarch
- Whisk until thickened
- Pour glaze over meatballs on the cookie sheet and toss to coat
- Serve with rice and vegetables
