Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 300 °F. Line a baking sheet w/parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, mixed nuts, and sesame seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk the syrup, oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, and pepper.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix with spatula until well combined.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer. Sprinkle the top with a hefty pinch of flaky salt. Bake for 15 min, then stir and continue baking until golden brown or 30 min total. Let granola cool for at least 20 min before breaking into chunks.
Serve w/favorite soup or to top warm brie or goat cheese. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
