Arrange oven racks - 1 upper;1 lower
Spread Sesame seeds on baking sheet and toast about 10 minutes
Prepare 2 baking sheets
1. Stir the 2 flours, baking powder and nutmeg in a mixing bowl
2. Beat Eggs & salt until blended
3. Add the vanilla to egg mixture
4. Gradually add the sugar - until smooth
5. Drop the 8 diced pieces of butter and beat until almost smooth
6. Pour dry ingredients into egg mixture at LOW speed just until incorporated
7. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap & chill for 1 hour (up to 1 day)
8. Pinch off about a 2" piece and roll out into a 'rope' 1/2" in diameter, Cut into 2" pieces
9. Roll the pieces into the Sesame Seeds
10. Bake for about 20 minutes, rotating the sheets
