Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs until thoroughly combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13in baking pan to form the crust.
Evenly sprinkle remaining ingredients one by one over the crust to form layers in this order: chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans.
Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top and spread with a rubber spatula to make it evenly distributed.
Bake for 20-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
Coconut can be left out if desired.
