Add the onion, cumin seeds, fresh ginger and green chilli to a pan of hot oil and cook for 2 minutes. Meanwhile put the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and coconut in a grinder, grind well and add to the pan. Add the corn, salt and milk to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and coriander and serve.
