Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 190 C. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook gently until very soft, approx. 20 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stir in cumin, paprika and cayenne and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, shimmer until thickened, approx. 10 minutes. Taste and season if needed. Put in the eggs (in little holes) and put in the oven for 7-10 minutes
