Suggest a better description1. Steam potatoes. Mash with cream, butter, salt, pepper, and cheese. Stir in the yolk until well combined.
2. Preheat oven to 400
3. 12-inch cast iron: Saute onion and carrot. Add garlic
4. Add meat, salt, and pepper. Brown. Sprinkle with flour to coat.
5. Add tom paste, broth, worcestershire, rosemary, thyme. Bring to boil.
6. Cover and simmer 10-12, or until thickened.
7. Mix in corn and peas. Top with potatoes and create seal around outer edge to prevent bubbling.
8. Place on lined sheet tray and bake 25 min, or until GBD. Cool at least 15 min before serving.
