Easy chocolate carme shortbread cookie
Melt Carmel's with milk in microwave until soft and spreadable . Toast coconut until light brown. put cookies side by side on a sheet cake pan ,spread Carmel over the cookies and top with the coconut. Spread coconut over the soft carmel and drizzle with the chocolate. Let cool 10 minutes and cut in squares
