Suggest a better descriptionSaute shrimp in 2 tbsp unsalted butter for 1 min and set aside. Saute scallions in 2 tbsp butter, add the flour, getting all the flour wet with butter. Add milk and whip cream together and then add the rest of the seasonings. Cook until thick. Add shrimp and serve.
