Clean and wash shrimp well.
Prep garlic, grated coconut, cumin, pepper corns, dhania seeds for grinding.
Grind all these ingredients in mixer / blender coarsely.
In a pan add fennel seeds followed by cleaned shrimp.
Then add salt, and chili powder..cook them for about 4 min in medium flame, by stirring them occasionally..
Then add the ground powder, and fry for another 5 min in slow flame, till shrimp become fully cooked.
Serve Shrimp Chettinad with steamed rice or as appetizers..
