Lay out 4 large pieces of foil. In the center of each piece of foil, put one-fourth the shrimp, chorizo, 1 TBSP oregano, 1/4 tsp cumin, and 1/2 cup tomatoes. Bring up all 4 corners to make a pouch. Before sealing, season with S&P and add one-fourth of the orange juice and zest, 2 TBSP water, and 1 TBSP olive oil. Tightly seal each packet.
Grill, about 4 min, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
