Yummy summer or anytime appetizer! Everyone LOVES this!
Mix sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread on the bottom of a large square serving platter. Layer seafood sauce on top and spread evenly. If using thawed shrimp, pat dry and cut into small pieces. I use scissors. Layer shrimp Dice sweet red peppers and spread evenly over shrimp Chop green onions and layer over red peppers Grate cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the top. Cover and Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips. This is super easy and the amounts are just guesses. You can make as little or as much as you need for your crowd. Just make sure that you use equal parts cream cheese and sour cream for the base. Everything else you can just layer on. Enjoy!
