Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Place scallions in pan with spinach and cook according to package. Drain. Spread over bottom of baking pan.
Melt butter. Add flour and salt, blending for one minute. Add milk, stirring until it reaches a boil and thickens. Add chesse and shrimp. Pour oven spinach. Sprinkle buttered croutettes on top and bake 20 minutes.
