Pan fried Shrimp in a Lobster, Gorgonzola Cream Sauce served over French Bread slices or Pasta for main dish.
Saute onions in butter until translucent.
Add Shrimp and Lobster. Cook just until meats are pink.
Add Brandy and Stir through.
Add spices and Heavy Cream.
Add Lemon Juice.
Cook until thickened.
Serve over French Bread slices toasted on one side in oven broiler.
Can be served over pasta for main dish.
