Stir in shrimp, red pepper and garlic. Cook 2 more minutes, stirring.
Add Pace and vermouth. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
Stir in pine nuts and vinegar. Serve over rice with cilantro and parmesan cheese.
