Shrimp salad that can taste like a lobster roll if jumbo shrimps are used.
Prepare the shrimp:
1. In a 4 quart pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Gently put the whole clean, deveined and shelled shrimp into the water.
3. Cook for 1 minute. Cover and turn off the heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Rinse shrimp in cold water.
Prepare the sauce:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
2. Add in onion and celery. Mix until combined.
Making the salad:
1. Drain the shrimp and chop to 1/2" lengths.
2. Add the shrimp to the sauce and combine.
Serve salad in a lightly toasted hot dog bun for a refreshing summer lunch.
