The perfect seafood dish to be prepped before the party, cooked during the cocktail portion of the party, and raved about during the desert portion of the party.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay 8 ounces of shrimp in 4 small baking dishes. In a saute pan over medium high heat add the butter and garlic. When fragrant, add the wine and parsley. Reduce heat and simmer until the wine is reduced by half. Pour the wine/garlic mixture over the four portions of shrimp and top with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 7-8 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is simmering. Top each dish with 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
