Suggest a better descriptionPlace slice of prosciutto and slice of cheese on each. Spoon a teaspoon of dried tomato and garlic pesto mix in center of each chicken breast. Roll; secure each with toothpicks. Rub chicken breasts with remaining dried tomato and garlic pesto mix. Heat oil in skillet; brown each chicken breast over medium heat about 5-7 minutes.Remove from skillet; bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes. While chicken is in the oven, add wine to skillet and bring to a boil. When mixture is reduced to about half, add broth; boil and reduce by half again. Strain sauce. Slice chicken and serve topped with sauce.
