Forget about flour and all that jazz, this recipe holds together with just three ingredients!
Step one; Measure out all ingredients
Step two; Mix together in a bowl. The vanilla is optional. Used for flavoring, not required.
Step three; Ration out peanut butter mix in tablespoon portions, or however large you would like them. Tablespoon portions weight out the cookies to make them a good snack size.
Step four; Optional. Drop the cookies into sugar, and roll them around to coat.
Step five; Place on cookie sheet, with at least a half inch between them, as they will expand
Step six; Optional. Press a fork on the top of the cookie in one direction and followed with another at a 90 degree rotation.
Step seven; Cook at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
The cookies will not be set when they are removed from the oven, so allow them to sit for at least another 10 minutes before moving.
Variations: Place a Hershey's Kiss on top of the cookies for a chocolate twist. Same cooking time and temperature. All that changes is that now you get the classic peanut butter and chocolate combination. Enjoy
