Suggest a better descriptionWhisk brown sugar, vinegar, chili paste, siracha and ginger in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate 30 minutes
Prepare grill
Make rice
Thread 4-5 chicken pieces on a skewer or if intact, grill directly
Transfer marinade to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, 7 or so minutes
Grill chicken, basting with reduced marinade, until cooked through, 8-10 minutes
