Suggest a better descriptionVery thinly slice the flank steak against the grain into 1/4 inch strips and then into 2 inch pieces.put steak in ziplock bag.
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce,1/4 teaspoon pepper,1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley.
Whisk together and pour into flank steak in the bag
Seal and place in fridge for at least one hour. Flip steak over halfway through marinating
Cook ramen according to package omitting seasoning packet.drain
Chop broccoli into bite size pieces
Remove the flank steak and drain off the marinade. Toss wth cornstarch.
In large skillet over high heat add in 1 tablespoons of remains vegetables oil. Heat until oil is shimmering and then add in half the beef so it can be in a single layer. Transfer to plate
Cook without moving until beef is well seared about 11/2 to 2 minutes. Continue to cook until beef is lightly cooked about 30 seconds
Do the same thing with the other half of beef. Transfer to plate.
In the same skillet add the beef broth, brown sugar, remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce,remaining garlic and ginger. Bring mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, top the mixture evenly with broccoli ( don't stir). Cover the pot with a lid and reduce to low.
Allow broccoli to steam for 3 minutes
Remove lid and add pasta and beef stir.
