Start pot to boil pasta. Med high heat cook beef and garlic. Cook onion on olive oil first if using. Once browned, drain off fat. Pour in marinara sauce. Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Cook pasta. Add sour cream, stir until combined. Add mozzarella stir, add cooked pasta. Grnish with basil.
