1. Cook bacon until crisp. After cooked crumble bacon and set aside.
2. Cook noodles according to package.
3. Slice onion and chop mushrooms.
4. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink . Remove chicken from heat.
5. Reduce heat to medium . Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
6. Return chicken and bacon to vegetable mixture.
7. Stir in sour cream mixture; bring to boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, constantly stirring.
9. Stir in parsley; serve over noodles.
