Suggest a better descriptionIn a sauce pan over medium heat spray a light coating of cooking spray and toss in minced onion and bell pepper.
Allow those to soften for about 5-10 minutes.
During this time, slice the top and bottoms off two zucchinis and push then through the spiralizer.
Now that the onions and peppers are soft, add the ground beef, cayenne pepper and garlic powder, breaking apart the ground beef with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Add mushroom once the beef is all broken up in the pan
Continue cooking meet until brown then turn to low and add the can of sloppy joe mix
Cook for an additional 5 minutes
In a separate pan over medium heat, add a light coat of cooking spray and add 1/4 of the zoodles and allow them to cook for about 5 minutes
Then add a 1/4 of the sloppy joe mixture into the pan with the zoodles
Allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes
