Wegmans slow cooker beef minestrone

Add beef, veggies, stock, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and passata to 6-8qt slow cooker.
Cover, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Add dry pasta and beans; cook another 30 min on high or 45 min on low.
Add spinach to slow cooker. Stir about 2 min until wilted.
Pasta can be cooked according to package separately and added with spinach. Sear beef for deeper flavor. Can try stew beef in place of beef chuck roast.
