Shredded BBQ chicken can be served on its own, in hamburger buns or in a salad.
1. Place chicken (thawed) in a slow cooker.
Fill it up with water until all the chicken is covered.
2. Cook on high 4-5 hours
3. Drain water & shred chicken
4. Pour 18 oz container of BBQ over chicken
Cook 1 hour on low
5. Serve on hamburger buns or in salad or in lettuce wraps
