from Cooking Light Slow Cooker
Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Saute 5 min or until browned. Drain and rinse. Place steak in slow cooker.
Add onion & garlic to pan and saute 5 mins or until tender. Sprinkle flour over onion mixture. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth, wine and tomato paste, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute until thick. Add pearl onions, salt, pepper & mushrooms.
Pour wine mixture over steak in slow cooker. Cover & cook on low 6-7 hours.
Serve over noodles.
