1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place turkey and diced onion inside. In a small bowl, mix together water and onion soup mix and spread evenly over turkey.
2. In another small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle over turkey breast.
3. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours, or until turkey is very tender and the seasonings have flavored the meat. Insert meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast and make sure it reads at least 165 degrees F. to ensure turkey is fully cooked.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
