Easy, quick and tastes good.
Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add pepperoni and olives to cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, tomato paste and seasoning. Pour mixture in cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs or on high 3-3.5 hours.
5 mins before you serve, sprinkle cheese on top of chicken. Cover lid and allow cheese to melt.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken, pepperoni and olives to plates. Discard cooking liquid.
