Suggest a better descriptionIn a slow cooker, combine everything EXCEPT for cream cheese. Cook for 6-8 hours on low heat. About 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. For serving, add toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and chopped green onions, or whatever else you like.
Note: You can also cook this recipe on the stove in about an hour.
