Chicken Thai Soup-- slow cooker
Mix curry past, coconut milk,chicken stock,fish sauce,brown sugar,peanut butter in slow cooker. Place chicken breast , red pepper, onion and ginger in slow cooker. Cook high 4 hours. Add peas and cook additional 1/2 hour. Stir in lime juice and serve with cilantro and rice
