Cook egg noodles as directed on the package. Cook sausage and onions in a skillet with oil or cooking spray. Put sausage on top of noodles and top with a pinch of pepper and desired amount of cheese and bacon crumbles.
I cook the sausage in the skillet with 1/2 cup of water until the water is gone and then brown it with a little oil.
