1. Heat oven to 350 F
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and season the pork with salt and pepper. Brown the pork on all sides.
3. Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 onions and put in crock pot. Place pork on top and add remaining onions.
4. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 7 hours.
5. Shred meat and return to sauce. (Remove onions if using for tacos or in other recipes)
Great as sliders, tacos, or as main dish with vegetables.
