These are a perfect combination for the cookie and s'more lovers.
In mixer, stir both sugars. Then add melted butter and mix well. Add eggbeaters and mix well. Then add vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flours, salt, and baking soda. Stir well and then after the wet ingredients are mixed well in mixer, add dry ingredients slowly. Finally add Choctaw chips. Spoon on to a cookie sheet. I usually use as mall ice cream scoop. Bake at 375 for 15-17 minutes. Right when the come out, use a spoon or something to make a "dent" in the top of the cookies, just pressing down. Add marshmallow cream in the dent. Pop one square of the Hershey bar in the cream and then brown the marshmallow (I use a brûlée torch.). Enjoy!
