Fast east and delicious
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. In small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon for topping and set aside.
2. In medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
3. Cream butter in stand mixer. Add sugar and continue to mix.
4. Add eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, until blended. Chill dough for 1 hour if needed.
6. Roll balls of dough about the size of a walnut then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place on ungreased sheet pan.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Surface should be slightly cracked. Let cool on sheet pan a few minutes before removing to a wire rack.
