In a small bowl, mix together the smaller amounts of sugar and cinnamon until evenly incorporated. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whip butter and vanilla until lightly and fluffy.
Add larger amount of sugar and brown sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
Add eggs and stir.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and larger amount of cinnamon into mixture.
Roll ping pong size balls of dough with your hand.
Dip dough balls into cinnamon sugar mixture. Cover completely.
Place dough balls on parchment paper-lines baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
