Snickerdoodle Cookies
Mix thoroughly:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
Then add:
2 eggs, mix well
Sift the following together in a separate bowl then add to above mixture:
2 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Form into balls and roll in a mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
