Heat oven to 400° F.
Mix all crust ingredients with hands until crumbly; press in bottom of ungreased spring-form pan or 8 inch round. Bake until light brown, 10 to 13 minutes. Cool.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the Snickers on crust. Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa and salt in chilled bowl on high speed until stiff. Fold in remaining Snickers. Spread over Snickers on crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 6 hours. Remove from pan.
