Core apples and cut into small pieces (do not peel). Place apples, snicker bars and peanuts in a large bowl and set aside. In another bowl, mix pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip and combine with apple mixture. Garnish with shaved chocolate and refrigerate. Can be made a day ahead.
