Preheat oven to 350
1. cream the shortening and cheese well. Add sugar gradually and continue creaming.
2. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla extract and orange rind.
3. Sift flour with Salt and cinnamon.
4. Add to creamed mixture.
5. Press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake 12 - 15 minutes.
