Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Grease 13 x 9- inch baking powder; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, & salt. Microwave butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute; stir until melted. Stir in sugar & water. Stir in eggs & vanilla extract, gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup baking pieces. Spread into prepared baking pan. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining baking pieces. Refrigerate until serving time. Cut into bars.
