This is my late grandmother's personal recipe and has an authentic Latin flavor.
(Note) **Some items will have to be bought at a Latin market.
Seed and chop bell peppers, chop tomatoes, quarter onions, peel garlic. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse till Sofrito is thick but not over pulsed.
Place in icecube trays to freeze and transfer to ziplock bags for long term storage.
